Our Insights:

See our insights (based on our own experience after purchasing and using the product, or based on some research work) on mEssentials Wild Essentials Essential Oil Inhaler Sticks, these might be useful for better understanding.

Where have these been all our life. ? we have been using essential oils for about a year now and we have only just discovered the essential oil inhalers. When we use our oils a lot of the times it bothers people around us who think they’re too strong or just don’t appreciate being assaulted by a scent they weren’t prepared for. But with the inhalers you can smell any of the oils with no one around you knowing. So for example, when going on an airplane we worry about two things: catching someone’s cold or getting motion sick. So what we did was put thieves essential oil (15 drops) on the cotton wick of the inhaler and popped the top on. Then we could inhale the thieves any time we wanted to on the plane without affecting others. You still get all the benefits of the essential oil but it’s just personal. The second inhaler we made was for motion sickness. We put 15 drops of peppermint essential oil in our inhaler and used it for takeoff and landing. It worked really great and was superstrong. Another reason why we love these inhalers it’s because it extends the life of our essential oil bottles. We use 15 drops of essential oil per inhaler and each inhaler (which is reusable) lasts us 6 months or more. So whereas we were using essential oil drops like crazy, now 15 drops last us almost 6 months. This saves so much money. When you close the lid of the inhaler it keeps the oil from getting exposed to the air so it stays strong and potent. We will keep buying these inhalers and trying new scent combos.

These worked wonders while traveling. We were going by plane, taxi, bus, boat, and golf cart, so we were a little worried about our family’s queasy stomachs. These provided an easy way to sniff essential oil blends without spilling. We made some for queasy stomachs, “people smells” in enclosed places, and some for opening nasal passages because our ears always hurt on airplanes. Worked like a charm. We covered them with cute labels so it would look less like we were sniffing tampons :)we recently gave some to a friend whose mother-in-law was going through chemo treatments. She said it worked wonders for her, and was easy to tuck into her pocket until she needed it.

These blank inhalers are made of thick medical grade plastic and the cotton inserts are from organic cotton. We are well pleased with this product and recommend it to anyone who is serious about using inhalation as their method of application. Using a thick plastic will ensure that the fragrance from the essential oils in the cotton does not leach through the plastic. The company is willing to answer questions timely. Buy from messentials with confidence.

Amended 02. 28. 2017: these medical-grade inhalers have become one of our favorite ways to use our doterra essential oils. The inhaler cap closes tightly so that there is no evaporation – we have some that are still as potent today as they were the day we made them more than six months ago. This is our first time buying eo blank inhalers but we are excited to start making some inhaler blends for ourself. We are especially pleased that these are made from medical-grade plastic so we don’t have to worry about the eo’s breaking down the plastic. We will definitely buy them again.

These arrived in packaging with very little waste. The end caps are very tight fit, but that is okay with us as we don’t tend to reuse the inhalers. We like the fact that the ends won’t fall out like other brands have. The pieces were all correct and we have already put 2 together. We did have to hammer the end pieces into the caps, but am not experiencing any leaking.

All of the pieces of the inhalers, including the wicks were thrown together in an unmarked plastic bag that was a bit dusty. It seemed unsanitary. Otherwise, it seems like a fine product. Sturdy plastic, and all of the pieces were in the bag.

We got these for making our own inhalers with essential oils. The “plug” in the base fits very tight which we want it to but it’s also very hard to get all the way in. Also if you aren’t careful, the plug will shoot across the room before its seated properly. When we purchased these, we assumed they were reusable. We thought the filter could be removed, the inhaler thoroughly cleaned and a new filter inserted for re-use. We don’t think the plug on these can be removed without damaging the inhaler and that makes them throw away when the scent is gone and therefore not such a great deal. They do work however but we will buy the ones from plant therapy that do have removable caps that make them reusable from now on.

We had an issue with counterfeit inhalers from this company. The first one we received were different than our 2nd order. We were very disappointed because we liked the first ones. We emailed the company and we were informed that the ones we liked where counterfeit. The company did very well in handling the situation and getting us our legit inhalers. Unfortunately we don t like the new real ones but as long as our customers have no complaints and they truly are medical grade plastic, we are good.

We have used these inhalers for various essential oil blends and singles. We have cats so unfortunately we are unable to diffuse oils in our house, inhalers are perfect way to still enjoy your essential oils without putting your pets in danger. They work as expected, no issues at all. If anyone is interested, the avery 2″ x 2″ square labels fit perfectly on these tubes for labeling and cost less than $8 on for 120 =) . We will continue to buy these in the future and recommend them to others.

These work great for creating portable essential oil inhalers. We use about 10 drops of essential oil in each one. The oil seems to really last in these – we created one a couple weeks ago (with eden’s garden “breath easier” oil) for relief of seasonal allergies, and we haven’t had to refill the inhaler yet. We have used the inhaler probably half a dozen times a day since we made it, so it’s getting a lot of use (it is springtime in the bay area. ). Long story short – this was a great buy; don’t hesitate to pick some up.

These are so handy. We can keep one in our purse, one near the bed, and each family member can have their own custom inhaler at a very reasonable price. We use several different blends, so it is great to have a number of these. We never know when we might have trouble breathing due to environmental allergies. It is wonderful to be able to grab one of these medicated with our favorite essential oil mix, to instantly open our airways, and stop those coughing fits we get.

These worked great, seemed to be very good quality, and reasonably priced. We liked being able to make our own custom inhalers for various purposes. We made some for our daughter-in-law so she can have them handy for motion sickness in the car. She says eucalyptus helps with this and we tried it ourself and it did help quite a bit. We couldn’t find eucalyptus inhalers in the us so we bought essential oils and these inhalers and made our own.

Nice way to blend you essential oils and use for aroma therapy. Our granddaughter loves them. We made you a bunch, one for at night to leave by her bed to help sleep, one for when she is in school to help with focus and concentration. We also made a bunch for ourself, daughter and friends. Now we will be reordered and figuring a way to make pretty labels to put on the them to label what each one is for. We got a lot of the recipes on p we n t r e s t.

We bought these because they were made in the us and medical grade. We did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and a lot of people advised getting anything less than medical grade as the plastic could melt. We are so glad we took those advices and got this one. The price was great and the wick inside holds the oil for a long period of time. We love carrying this around.

We just started making essential oils inhalers and ordered these because they seemed of good quality and are made of medical grade plastic. We were very satisfied with this purchase and am placing a second order today because we went through them quite fast. They are very convenient to carry around, no leaking, very easy to assemble, and nice sturdy plastic, with no sharp edges. Love them.

These inhalers are great to add essential oils to and carry along with you. You can remove the cap and inhale the aroma to help you through the day. Provided you only use a few drops of oils, they do not leak and therefore make no mess. Great little item to have with us each day.

Besides looking like tampons these are pretty cool and so far seem to hold the scent for quite awhile. They don’t require the whole pad to be soaked in order to smell the scent. It seems as tho you can put as much or as little as you like depending on how strong you want it. We doubt we would buy these again just because of the shape, mostly because we thought they’d be good to send with a little peppermint oil with kids to school on test days. No our our preteen is pulling and sniffing something that looks like a tampon lol also some basic instructions would have been nice.

Wow. We never used a device like this before and it was so easy to put together we were impressed. Then by accident our inhaler went through the wash cycle in the laundry. To our amazement no water leaked into the tightly sealed inhaler and it worked good as new after being washed, totally amazed, thanks.

Just as others say, you have to cut off the end of the wick about 1/8 inch, but works great. If you are going to add salt, use rock salt not fine powder. We made this mistake and powder was flowing out of the vent holes up into our nose- stings. Lol.

These inhalers are great. We have not been able to remove the plug once inserted, but can drip oils onto the wick through the bottom. Don’t twist too tight the threads may slip. Overall good product and works great for what it is intended for.
